First, galvanized air pipe production general provisions: before the production of air pipes, first check whether the material used meets the quality requirements, whether there is a factory qualification certificate or quality identification documents, if there is no such certification documents should be inspected, and should meet the following requirements:  

1.the surface of the plate should be flat, uniform thickness, no concave and convex and obvious crushing phenomenon, and there should be no cracks, sand holes, scars and thorns and rust.

2, the steel should be equal, uniform, there should be no cracks, bubbles, holes and other defects affecting the quality.  

3, other materials can not cause defects to reduce the strength of the finished product or affect its use efficiency.  

Second, galvanized air pipes and accessories surface flat, uniform arc, longitudinal joints should be staggered;  The bite seam should be tight and uniform in width.  The weld should be inspected, there should be no porosity, sand hole, slag inclusion, cracks and other defects, and the deformation of the steel plate after welding should be corrected.  
 

Third, the production of metal galvanized air pipes and pipe fittings, outer diameter or foreign allowable deviation: less than or equal to 300mm is -1mm;  The value greater than 300mm is -2mm.  Among them, the allowable deviation of the inner diameter of the circular flange or the inner edge of the rectangular flange is +2mm, and the unflatness should not be greater than 2mm.  

Fourth, all right Angle turns in the air duct system are installed with noise reduction elbows, noise reduction elbows are equipped with galvanized iron plate deflector.  

Fifth, the air duct insulation layer is made of polystyrene foam board, foam board density :40kg/ cubic meter, thickness of 35mm, (surface temperature shall not be less than 5 degrees), the side of the insulation layer joint part should be used ladder or mortising structure, with resin paste.  The outer surface should be wrapped in aluminum foil cloth and tightly pasted with heat-sensitive tape. There should be no condensation on the outer surface of the air duct  

Sixth, the air duct adopts mechanical bite, regular and tight, and the inner surface of the interface is made of glass glue.  

Seventh. The air duct and the tuyere are connected with a hose with a thermal insulation layer.  

Eighth, the air duct installation should be flat and straight, the main air duct installation straightness is less than or equal to 1.5mm/ meter, and the flatness is less than or equal to 1mm/ meter.  

Ninth, galvanized air duct reinforcement: rectangular air duct side length greater than or equal to 630mm and insulation air duct side length greater than or equal to 800mm, the length of the pipe segment above 1.2m should be taken reinforcement measures.
