1. Color steel plate brief description:
Color steel plate is formed by cold roll forming machine, using the color steel coil or aluminum steel as the base materials. Color steel plate is featured with easy installation, high strength, more economic, (low lost ). They are widely use as the wall or roof of factory, warehouse, garage, exhibition center, cinema etc.

1). Light weight: 10-14 kg/square meters, equivalent to 1/30 of the brick
2). The coefficient of thermal conductivity: λ < = 0.041 w/mk.
3). High strength: The colorful steel can be made as structure bearing plate because it has good subtractors of bending resistance and outer pressure resistance, so generally, the prefab house don't use the beam column.
4). Bright color: The prefab house don't need the surface decoration, the color sheet has good anti-corrosion layer, which can use at least 10-15 years.

5. Color steel plate packing details:
1)water proof paper covered with steel sheet on the top of products; Bundle by steel strip with iron pallet.
2)water proof paper covered by whole steel sheet; Bundle by steel strip with iron pallet.
6. Color steel plate installation instruction:
1). Prepare the roof surface by removing any old roofing, any rotten wood, and adding roofing felt to the entire surface.
2). Calculate the number of color metal roofing sheet needed. Divide the area of your roof by the size of the sheets you will be using. Remember that you will want the metal sheets to overlap.
3). Place your first metal sheet in a corner of the roof, flush against the surface.
4). Nail in the first metal sheet to the wood of the roof. You should use about 20 nails per sheet. Whenever possible, nail in the valley between the ridges, where the roofing is closest to the wood.
5). Place the second metal sheet alongside the first with an overlap of 3 to 4 inches (or 10 cm). Secure the sheets together using hex screws and washers. Whenever possible, line up the ridges of each metal sheet.
