1. Hot Dip Al-Zn Alloy Coated Sheet description:
This kind of hot dip Al-Zn coated sheet can be divided into two types according to different aluminum contents: Coated galvalume sheet and coated galfan sheet.
The coated galvalume sheet is mainly used in roofs, side walls, cars, household appliances, and painting work. Its coating consists of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon.
The coating of the coated galfan sheet is comprised of 5% aluminum, zinc and 0.05% rare earth metal mixture of cerium and lanthanum.
2. Hot Dip Al-Zn Alloy Coated Sheet features:
1). Its superior corrosion resistance is 6 to 8 times that of general galvanized sheets, and it can stay free from rust as long as 20 years.
2). It has strong high temperature oxidation resistance, so there is no discoloration or deformation even at the temperature of 315 ° C.
3). Its heat reflectivity is higher than 75%, which is 2 times that of the galvanized sheet.
4). It is easy to process, and punching, shearing and bending are all available for it.
5). This hot dip Al-Zn alloy coated sheet is designed with beautiful silvery white snowflake patterns, so it can be directly used without painting.
6). Surface spraying can be used in this kind of sheet, and composite coatings of alloys and organic matters can provide better protection for it.
7).1000ton hot dip Al-Zn alloy coated sheet is equivalent to 1050ton 0.3mm-thickness galvanized steel sheet, equivalent to 1035ton 0.5mm-thickness galvanized steel sheet, and equivalent to 1025ton 0.7mm-thickness galvanized steel sheet.
3. Hot dip Al-Zn alloy coated sheet application scope:
Steel corrugated roofing is most commonly used for commercial, agricultural, and industrial purposes, however, it is now also being recognized as an excellent form of residential roofing.
Galvanized steel sheets are also known as sinusoidal, corrugated iron or wriggly tin.
