1. MATT PPGI brief introduction
MATT PPGI is extensively used in many industries. Different grades and surfaces can be used
in the diversified environments.It is made by the processes of chemical preconditioning, first
coating, precision coating and so on through a continuous rapid unit internationally in recent
three decades. Its quality is more uniform and stable than the one whose surface of the formed
metal is coated single or brushed one

1) Topcoat (finishing) which provides color, pleasing appearance and appearance and a barrier
film to enhance long-term durability
2) Primer coat to prevent undercutting of paint and enhance corrosion resistance
3) Pretreatment layer applied for good adhesion and to enhance corrosion resistance
4) Zinc coating for added corrosion resistance
