Product Description

1.Diamond Embossed PPGI Specifications

It often uses hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet, hot-dipped aluminum-zinc plate,electric galvanized plate as the steel substrate, after the surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion processing), on the surface, we will smear one or several layers of organic coatings, baking it, then we can get the final products. The organic coatings can protect the surface from rusting and changing colors


2.Diamond Embossed PPGI Product Lines

From 2004, the annual output of 300, 000 tons of hot dip galvanized & galvalume steel production lines put into operation, the production lines adopt electric control system, have advanced orthotic devices, air knife module and finishing equipment. 3. Structure of Diamond Embossed PPGI

1) Topcoat (finishing) which provides color, pleasing appearance and appearance and a barrier film to enhance long-term durability
2) Primer coat to prevent undercutting of paint and enhance corrosion resistance
3) Pretreatment layer applied for good adhesion and to enhance corrosion resistance
4) Base steel sheet


4. Diamond Embossed PPGI storage

1) Should be stored in a dry, ventilated, clean and neat environment. Horizontal steel coil should be placed on the brackets with rubber cushions or and be locked with the lock catch on the topside. It mustn't be placed onto the ground or vehicles directly

2) To avoid being pressed, color coated steel coil mustn't be stored in stacking. When the steel sheets are stored in stacking, a limit to every stack should be specified and the sheets with large weight and size should be placed in the lower part of the stack

3) Mechanical properties of the pre-painted steel sheet and part of performances of the coating, may varies with the time,  so we recommend customers to use the products as soon as possible
