The Galvanized Steel Coils, the thin steel sheet is immersed in the molten zinc bath to make the surface of the zinc thin steel sheet adhered. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the coiled steel sheet is continuously immersed in a galvanizing tank with molten zinc to make steel sheet coated with zinc; alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This kind of steel sheet is also processed by hot dip method, but immediately after leaving the tank, it is heated to about 500°C to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This galvanized coil has good paint adhesion and weldability.

Our products have superior corrosion resistance thanks to a thicker coating layer than thin coated sheets with high formability and weldability. Produced by the continuous galvanizing line, products has good coating adhesion and formability, combined with excellent corrosion resistance and lubricity imparted by various chemical treatments.
