1. Color steel roofing sheet introduction
Color steel roofing sheet is produced by direct application of a paint (after applying a treatment and, in most instances, a primer) onto steel sheet in a coil-coating line. Coil-line painting can be used to apply a paint coating directly on uncoated steel sheet or on metallic-coated steel sheet. For maximum corrosion resistance, coil-line painting is often done on metallic-coated steels including galvanized, galvalume and terne coated sheet.
2. Color steel roofing sheet application scope
Color steel roofing sheet is most commonly used for commercial, agricultural, and industrial purposes, however, it is now also being recognized as an excellent form of residential roofing. Galvanized roofing sheet is also known used as sinusoidal, corrugated iron or wriggly tin.
3. Prepainted Galvanized corrugated sheet main features:
1)Combine the excellent barrier corrosion protection of aluminum with the galvanic protection of zinc.
